Established in 2016, Box to Box is a sports management agency that focuses on football, providing professional advice to clubs and players.

Working with Clubs essentially, Box to Box becomes involved when a club is looking for a certain player in a specific role, with the right characteristics and budget to match the club’s business/sporting strategy. We also act when clubs need to transfer their players, taking advantage of our network of contacts to ensure the utmost professionalism, productivity and confidentiality. Whenever we promote a player, whether he is joining or leaving a club, we take care to describe him technically and tactically, setting out his contractual situation and all the information needed to make a transfer possible. In this context, it is clear that scouting is a key aspect of our work. The agency can act either independently or in partnership with the clubs it serves. We mainly operate in France, Belgium, Holland, Scandinavia, Austria, Germany, Bulgaria, Switzerland and Colombia. In these countries, we liaise with sporting directors, chief scouts, scouts and agents. All of this is necessary to keep us informed of potential market developments and targets, while carefully monitoring and keeping up to date with rumours or club changes. We constantly keep abreast of developments on the pitch by undertaking trips and assignments abroad, which allow us to follow leagues and tournaments, assisted by the industry’s leading experts.

Working with Professional Footballers As part of our work, we firstly identify a player through careful scouting and then undertake the work required to finalize a professional contract and sponsorship deal. Behind every relationship with the youngsters, and possibly with their families too in the case of the younger ones, is our commitment, expertise and experience, which are instrumental in helping us to choose the best path for the development of their professional careers.
